When we started working with Fully Charged in 2015, they were a small startup with big aspirations. Ben Jaconelli, the founder of Fully Charged, recognised that transport in London could be revolutionised by empowering people around the city to abandon cars, buses and other polluting forms of transport and to embrace electric bikes.
We used various tools to analyse user behaviour so that we could make informed decisions around essential changes to the UX
