Elva, formerly known as MyWagez, came to Zephyr at the very start of their journey—with the goal of signing their first customer and carving out a space in the crowded financial wellness market. The challenge was to reposition the business from a salary advance provider into a holistic, socially responsible financial wellbeing solution that could scale, attract investment, and win major clients.
Built a brand that secured investment and drove growth
Over 18 months, Zephyr led a full transformation—renaming and rebranding the company to Elva, defining their proposition, and redesigning their product and website to reflect a broader vision of financial wellbeing. We developed a flexible UI to support rapid iteration and identified key industries and channels for scalable growth. Our marketing assets and LinkedIn ad campaigns generated significant traction, helping Elva raise £1.2m, onboard their first eight major clients (including one PLC), and build a robust sales funnel for long-term success.
