Kickstarting the UK's electric bike revolution
When we started working with Fully Charged they were a pop-up in Shoreditch with big ambitions. In 2014, they were one of the first eBike retailers in the UK and needed us to create a multi-faceted marketing strategy to bridge the gap between their physical store and digital profile. Over the course of the last 10 years, we have helped them become a national brand with locations across the UK.
Evolving and scaling Fully Charged's digital profile
At Zephyr we pride ourselves on taking a holistic approach to the challenges faced by our clients. The wide variety of different digital solutions that we have implemented for Fully Charged as their business has grown is testament to that. Using our go to market strategy, they became the first company in the eBike space to create “book a test ride” campaigns, which drive in-person sales and a loyal customer base. We also built their multi-channel B2B strategy that widened their audience by informing fleet managers on the benefits of switching their form of transport. Moreover, their ever growing eCommerce footprint has gone from almost no visitors to over 1000 unique users a day. This also includes creating a “Cycle to work” checkout for the eCommerce store that works for over 8 different cycle to work providers.
